Khloé Kardashian gave birth, and here’s what we know about the baby’s name
This is not a drill: Khloé Kardashian has delivered her baby girl! TMZ reports that Kardashian, 33, gave birth at about 4 a.m. early Thursday, April 12th just outside of Cleveland.
As for the name? The newest addition to the Kardashian clan reportedly does not have a name yet. Fans will remember that Kardashian took to Twitter in March to answer questions surrounding potential names. Kardashian wrote, “I think a T but a K is an option as well. That’s as far as I know.” Kardashian also appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show back in January, and said of potential names:
“I think if it’s a boy I’ll go with Junior — Tristan Jr., said Khloé. “Then for a girl, I don’t know where to begin.
This is Khloé’s first child, and second for partner Tristan Thompson, who has a one-year-old son named Prince with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig. Khloé’s delivery comes on the heels of cheating rumors. Just a few days prior, the Daily Mailpublished an explosive video that shows Thompson locking lips with an unidentified woman. On April 11th, the Cleveland Cavaliers player was booed during his first game after news of the cheating broke.
While the status of their relationship is currently up in the air, Khloé and Tristan have been together for nearly two years. The couple was first spotted together in August 2016 at a West Hollywood nightclub. The reality TV star and basketball player beau became Instagram official two months later, and their relationship quickly grew serious. By September 2017, rumors of a pregnancy began to swirl, and Khloé waited until December 20th to confirm the happy news (in the sweetest Instagram post ever).
It’s been a busy baby season for the Kardashian-Jenner clan: Kim Kardashian welcomed her second daughter and third child, Chicago West, via gestational carrier on January 15th. Kylie Jenner introduced the world to her daughter, Stormi Webster, in February.
"I know we've been keeping this quiet but we wanted to enjoy this between our family and close friends as long as we could privately," she continued. "To enjoy our first precious moments just us."
A few days after announcing her pregnancy, Khloé took to Twitter to drop hints about her due date.
She told followers that she was about six months along, which made her April due date no surprise.
We’re so happy for the whole family, and we can’t wait for the inevitable influx of cute baby photos to follow.
