Kesha just stripped down her body and soul in a series of super personal Instagram posts

Kesha is ready to take her life back.

As most of us know, the singer has been fighting an intense legal battle against her music producer Dr. Luke, who is accused of sexually abusing her. It’s been heartbreaking to watch, especially when the court ruled she couldn’t record music with anyone else besides Dr. Luke. And just the other day, when Dr. Luke’s legal team sought to release Kesha’s medical records (what the eff?). It’s completely understandable that Kesha would be going through a very difficult time right now.

Kesha is here to tell you, though, that she’s not going down without a fight. The recent events have taken a toll (obviously) but she’s making the choice to keep living her life. In a series of photos this weekend, Kesha got really personal on Instagram, stripping down her body and soul. The first three un-captioned photos show gorgeous shots taken at the beach, and the last image features a powerful message.

Hearing that Kesha has been struggling makes our hearts hurt, but it sounds like she’s moving towards a healthier place. We hope so.
