Kesha posted a makeup-free selfie, and her gorgeous freckles are on full display
In recent years, freckles have become so sought after that some women are getting freckles tattooed on their face. Freckles are gorgeous, unique, and fun—so who wouldn’t want some? Just ask Kesha: the “Pray” singer just posted a makeup-free selfie highlighting her gorgeous freckled face, and all we can say is YAS, natural beauty.
Kesha posted the selfie as a reminder for herself to live by her 2019 resolution, which she says is to “love myself…just as I am, all fucked up and imperfect and whatever else. And to let my freckles liiiiiiiive.” Those freckles are to die for and we’re seriously mesmerized by this image. (Kesha typically wears high-coverage foundation, so some people had no idea all this was happening on her beautiful face.)
Though she has gifted the public with no-makeup selfies before, Kesha’s usual look is a little more like this:
Both lewks are gorge, but we support the “let my freckles live” agenda 100%. By the way, we should make it clear that freckles are not a thing to “overcome,” they just look cute and we love that Kesha embraces her face. And ICYMI: Kesha shared a bare-faced selfie over the summer, which was the first time many of us realized that a freckle goddess was walking among us.

Of course the freckle positivity is lovely and fun, but the rest of Kesha’s message deserves to be heard one more time: “love myself…just as I am, all fucked up and imperfect and whatever else.”
