Kelly Clarkson’s daughter just got the coolest gift from “Wonder Woman’s” Gal Gadot
It seems like one of the powers of Wonder Woman is having the ability to spot another Wonder Woman — even if armor isn’t involved. Gal Gadot gave a present to Kelly Clarkson’s daughter, and within the gift were some really sweet, genuine words about Clarkson that makes it obvious that Gadot is a fan of the American Idol OG.
Clarkson’s daughter, River Rose, is only three — but she has incredible taste. Back in October, Clarkson spoke at Variety‘s Power of Women event and mentioned how her daughter was enamored with Gadot’s character. As we all were.
“She loves Wonder Woman, she’s three, I probably shouldn’t show it to her, I know I’m being judged, I don’t care,” Clarkson said. “All the grown up stuff goes over her head. It is nice to have this bold, female figure for your girl. Once she saw the little girl in ‘Wonder Woman’ defend herself and all that, she loved it. She started acting it out, and I couldn’t have been more proud.”
Clarkson noted that Wonder Woman was different than most of the other movies she’s watched with River Rose, many which featured a princess in distress. “The story of Belle and the Beast, it’s a little scary,” she said. “She was in a dungeon, trapped, and then they fell in love.”

It’s apparent that the crowd loved Clarkson’s speech, and now we know that Gadot did too. This is the surprise package she sent over to River Rose.
We love River Rose’s huge smile, and the fact that she looks just as happy as her mom.

As you can see, Gadot included an autographed photo, which mentions Clarkson being a Wonder Woman as well. We happen to agree.
Hopefully this is the start of a beautiful friendship between the two.
