It’s official: #girlsquads are taking over. There’s Taylor Swift and her ‘Bad Blood’ gang. There’s the piano-dancing duo of Amy Schumer and Jennifer Lawrence. And now, there’s… Madonna and Katy Perry?! That’s right: they sing, dance and take swigs from banana-shaped flasks together. Be still, our pop music hearts!
On Tuesday, everyone’s favorite California girl joined Madonna on stage at her Rebel Heart tour in LA. They sang, they strutted and they danced. They danced so hard and dropped it so low, their moves shocked even Madonna’s backup dancers. Fortunately, the fun was all caught on video.
Katy shared this video of their dance moves to Madonna’s ‘Unapologetic Bitch.’
And this one too, where she called Madonna ‘mom’ (it’s a pop star code name, obvi).
Madonna shared the love right back.
Madonna even awarded Katy the honor of “Best Unapologetic bitch ever.”
Katy and Madonna (Kadonna? Maty?) is a #squad we can definitely get behind. Do you think they could recruit Lady Gaga or Rihanna to join them? How about Taylor Dayne? Katy and RiRi are already BFFs, so let’s make it official.
