Kate Upton has a new workout and it’s one anyone can be a pro at
Our holiday fitness dreams have been answered. Kate Upton invented a new workout. Geared toward every body type and fitness level, it’s sure to become the new CrossFit. It won’t be long before Kate Upton franchise gyms are popping up on every corner. With Upton’s physique as the grand model of possibilities, every woman will be encouraged to stay consistent in their practice. The real genius behind the new workout, though, is that it can be done anywhere, with little training. You can do it at home and see the same results.
The 24-year-old model shared the workout in a post to Instagram on Thursday.

“It’s called sitting on your ass. Everyone’s doing it.
Including her trainer Ben Bruno, and her dog. See? Easy peasy. In fact, we’re doing it right now.
Of course, we know Upton actually has an insane workout schedule.
She hits the gym with Bruno five to six days a week for at least an hour each time. Bruno told Cosmopolitan that in every session, Upton does:
"A strength-based circuit training program and works her full body every time as opposed to focusing on specific body parts. The exercises include a mix of dead lifts, hip thrusts, lunges, rows, and sled pulls."
According to People, Upton can deadlift over 200 lbs., do sled pushes with 500 lbs., and do bear crawls with 300 lbs. Ummm. We’ve never deadlifted anything. And, if sled pushes don’t involve nephews and snow, and bear crawls aren’t a post-drinking-too-much move, we don’t know what they are.
We’ll stick with Upton’s new workout: the ass sit.
