Watch Kate Middleton don boxing gloves for a super inspiring cause

As if we couldn’t love the royal family enough, they’re spending the day working on a cause that definitely needs more attention. Today, Kate Middleton, Prince William, and Prince Harry launched the #HeadsTogether campaign to end mental health stigma by bringing together seven different charities to “change the national conversation on mental wellbeing,” according to the official royal Instagram. And although the cause is serious, they’re making sure to have some fun while they’re at it.

This morning, the royal family brought their mental health awareness at at London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Kate even put on boxing gloves for some “boxercising” with three times world champion boxer Duke McKenzie MBE to promote the importance of exercise in relation to mental health. And we’ve gotta say, she’s pretty darn good.

Look at those jabs! “She couldn’t wait to get the gloves on and had a wicked punch,” Duke told The Mirror.

Don’t mess with Kate or she’ll knock you out. And while Kate got her boxing on, Prince Harry played a jumbo version of Jenga with charity Younger Minds — but not just any jumbo Jenga. Mental health Jenga!

Meanwhile, Prince William had tea and a chat with Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), which is specifically devoted to preventing male suicide.

We’re so glad the royal family is taking time out of their busy schedules to fight (literally, LOL) for an ultra important cause — and having fun while doing it.
