We don’t know why Kate Hudson and Seth MacFarlane are singing Christmas carols together but we love it
How do we get invited to this Christmas party? Actors Kate Hudson and Seth MacFarlane sang Christmas songs together and we are officially in the holiday spirit.
On Saturday night, MacFarlane hosted his annual Christmas party in Los Angeles and singing was definitely on the agenda.
Accompanied by a large orchestra, the Family Guy creator joined Hudson on stage to sing a few of your favorite holiday classics and it was pretty magical.
Hudson sat on a stool besides McFarlane as the two took a stab at “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.”
It was rocky at times, as the two messed up a few words, but boy can they sing, and we are very impressed.

The pair also duetted on “Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer,” and our childhood hearts are jumping up and down right now.

Does MacFarlane sound like a member of the Rat Pack to you in these songs?
We are getting serious Frank Sinatra vibes and it’s amazing.
According to Page Six, other stars in attendance for the festive bash included Ryan Phillippe, Darren Criss, Bella Thorne and Vanderpump Rules stars Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute.
“Last night was magical and @katehudson is flawless. ✨,” Doute captioned her own video of the duo singing.
The publication also revealed that there was a “make your own stocking” station, according to a source and “lots of baked brie.”
We need to get on the guest list for this party next year — it’s all we want for Christmas, really!
