Kate Hudson stepped out on date night rocking her new buzz cut and a cutout jumpsuit, and she looked confident AF
It’s not everyone who can step out looking so dayum fierce so soon after drastically changing up their look. A lot of times, getting used to a whole new ‘do takes some time. But when talking about blonde (buzz cut!) bombshell Kate Hudson, all bets are off.
On Friday, the actress and her musician boyfriend, Danny Fujikawa, stepped out in New York City for a date night. Hudson looked her best in a fashion-forward outfit for fall, and confidently rocked her freshly buzzed haircut.
For her ensemble, Hudson sported a black jumpsuit from the David Koma Resort 2018 collection with a cutout just below the breast line. In styling the runway look to meet her street style needs, Hudson accessorized with Rebecca de Ravenel drop earrings, a cheetah-print clutch, a fire-engine red coat from Marni, and Giuseppe Zanotti Design platform sandals.
Everything about this look is high-fashion — and totally sexy.
The cutout exposes a bit of underboob — ‘cause why not? — and the armless jacket adds a little extra flair.
Since cutting her hair, Hudson hasn’t been seen out and about much to show off her new look. And on Instagram, there have been very few posts addressing her revamped hairstyle. There was, however, one funny post in which the actress shared a #TBT, which read: “tbt to that time when I had hair and a carb loading attack whilst leaving France…”
This post had us wondering whether the star was missing her long, blonde locks. But, a post from Saturday’s N.Y.C. premiere of her new movie, Marshall, suggests otherwise. The starlet had a twinkle in her eye as she donned a slinky, silver number — the perfect flashy complement to her new subtle ‘do.
Bravo, Kate. Bravo. This just goes to show the actress can rock literally any look — whether that be long and blonde or short and simple. And as for fashion? She’s got that under control, too.
