Kate Hudson and Maddie Ziegler took a break from set to watch the eclipse together
This is a sweet story for a couple reasons. New friends Kate Hudson and Maddie Ziegler watched the eclipse together, and they did it right from the set of Sia’s upcoming movie. The film, called Sister, is currently in production after a few years of being developed. Still, not too much is known about it (except for the fact that it’s a key reason as to why Hudson recently shaved her head.)
Not only are we glad that the crew took a break to see such an incredible event, but we’re happy to hear that Hudson and Ziegler’s instant bond is real.
The two were smart (of course) and had their glasses prepared ahead of time. The picture is so sweet and so memorable that Ziegler also shared it on her account with a slightly different caption.
"Watching the solar eclipse between takes," Ziegler wrote.
Ziegler has had nothing but praise in regards to working with Hudson. In fact, she credited her co-star for teaching her “everything.”
"She's amazing, she's incredible," Ziegler stated to Entertainment Tonight. "She's becoming like a family member to me, I love her so much."
Yesterday, the two were on location at MacArthur Park in New York City. According to Pix 11 New York, New Yorkers got to see just about 70 percent coverage of the moon passing the sun at around 2:45 p.m.
We’re so glad the actress and the dancer-turned-actress got to see the magic together. They’ve got chemistry even when the cameras aren’t rolling, and we’re extremely psyched to see what Sister is all about.
