Can you believe that Kat Von D’s eponymous beauty brand has been around for an entire decade? We’ve loved getting glimpses of what’s headed our way as part of the 10th-anniversary collection, and Kat’s just revealed the artwork for a new Kat Von D Beauty eyeshadow palette. It looks straight out of a dream.

We absolutely love it when Kat gives us a peek into the design and sketching process of her products, and this latest teaser doesn’t disappoint. It’s romantic, gothic, and old-timey aesthetic is just up Kat’s alley. The drawing could be straight from the Victorian Era.

The preliminary drawing for Kat Von D Beauty’s 10th-anniversary eyeshadow palette has us dying to get a look at the actual shades.

If the illustration is any indication, it’s going to be an absolutely poetic collection of shades.

This is a great example of the magic that Kat is able to capture so beautifully in her products. Her artistic vision runs through every aspect of her makeup, and no stone is left unturned. This attention to detail means that each product is imbued with Kat’s spirit — at times gothic, mysterious, maudlin, charming, and daring.
