All of the Kardashians have put Khloé in charge of a super important part of their wills, and it actually makes so much sense
Okay, you might think talking about wills is morbidly depressing, especially as we’re bringing it up during the holiday season. But we just heard some super interesting news through People, and it makes us love our girl Khloé Kardashian all the more.
Apparently, the Kardashian clan have updated their wills to make Khloé Kardashian their medical advisers should they ever be unable to make important medical decisions for themselves.
As you might remember, Khloé went through some mega-stressful health situations with ex-husband Lamar Odom. He suffered a massive overdose last year and nearly died during a four-day coma (naturally there’s talk of a reality show about his recovery). This put Khloé — who at that point was still legally married to him — in the position of having to make medical decisions on his behalf. The ordeal inspired her family to update their wills and designate Khloé to be that person for them as well.
"This is kind of dark, but after that, my whole family changed all of their wills so that I would be their medical adviser. Because you don’t know how someone reacts until you’re put in that situation — God forbid. No one should be put in those situations, but with that, I found strength from within," Khloé said in an interview with Health Magazine.
She went on to say,
“I was super calm. And I was more like, ‘It’s greater than you,’ and you just get strength."
We seriously have so much admiration for Khloé right now. We literally cannot imagine what it would be like to be faced with the tough decisions she dealt with as Odom’s medical adviser, and we respect her SO much for also taking on the same responsibility for her many loved ones.
Love you, girl.
