The Kardashian family’s makeup artist debuted her new makeup line at Cannes
Anytime we see that a makeup artist to the stars is coming out with their own makeup line, our interest is immediately piqued. According to Bustle, the Kardashian’s makeup artist Joyce Bonelli’s makeup line debuted at Cannes and some of your favorite celebs got to rock it on the red carpet. If there’s anyone who we can trust to know the ins and outs of makeup, it’s a professional makeup artist. They work in the medium day in and day out, so who better to be acutely aware of the needs of people’s skin.
Joyce Bonelli’s makeup line, Joyce Bonelli Cosmetiques, has been in the works for a while now, and Emily Ratajkowski was the first to walk the red carpet while showing it off.
She’s positively radiant.
In an interview with Bustle, Joyce explained that she used her own foundation and eye products to create Emily’s dazzling Cannes look, and it’s a stunning indication of the quality of the products that are to come.
To create the look, Joyce told Bustle,
"To soften Emily's features and draw attention to her cheeks, I evened out her complexion with my new Joyce Bonelli Cosmetiquès H8R Shield Foundation...Then, to create the cheek contour, I used Joyce Bonelli Cosmetiquès blush in the shade 'Spank Me Cheeks' which I'm obsessed with. I finished with my Sitting Pretty 24/7 Highlight at top of her cheekbones, bridge of her nose and upper lip."
Emily wasn’t the only one rocking Joyce Bonelli Cosmetiques on the red carpet.
Eva Longoria, Jourdan Dunn, Nicki Minaj, and Joan Smalls were also sporting this new makeup line.
So beautiful.
Now that we’ve gotten a few glimpses of Bonelli’s line, we are dying to see the full collection and get all the details on when it’s coming out. If the Kardashians and some of Hollywoods most fabulous “it girls” trust Bonelli with their skin, we certainly do, too.
The makeup artist told Bustle,
"I'm so excited to see how everyone else gets red carpet ready using the line after its official launch."
