Kanye West’s New Year’s resolution is surprising and kind of beautiful

Kanye West has a surprising and pretty awesome New Year’s resolution — the rapper said recently that he’s all about happiness.

“I just want everybody to be happy,” Kanye said to X17 paparazzi, who jokingly asked if his resolution was to take over the world.

Same, Kanye. Same.

Some serious positive vibes are needed in 2017, TBH.

Kanye has kept things low-key since he was hospitalized in November for reported stress-induced exhaustion after cancelling his remaining Saint Pablo tour dates.

It appears that he and Kim Kardashian-West are more family-focused than ever lately, mostly staying under the radar. In fact, they’ve reportedly cancelled all public engagements for the rest of the year to spend time with their children.

Kanye did recently make headlines for meeting with president-elect Donald Trump, but he has been fairly quiet on social media this month overall.

He posted a sweet pic of himself, Kim, and their kids, North and Saint that we’re kind of squealing over, though. false

In the photo, the family is all dressed up in black and gold for the holiday party that Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner hosted over the weekend.

Although, Kanye has said before that he’s considering running for President in 2020, so who knows? He might still take over the world. We’ll see!
