Kaley Cuoco knew her boyfriend was the one based on *this* thing they had in common
Sometimes when you know, you know. Kaley Cuoco opened up about boyfriend Karl Cook, and explained how she knew he was “the one.” And it’s a reason you might not guess.
In a red carpet interview that she did with Entertainment Tonight, the star of The Big Bang Theory said that she was “completely in love with him.” For those of you who may be unfamiliar with Cook, he’s a professional horseback rider who’s pretty well known in the industry. While he’s won a ton of awards, one of the big ones was the blue ribbon in the $25,500 SmartPak Grand Prix back in 2015.
Prior to their relationship, which officially started up well over a year ago, Cuoco was married to Ryan Sweeting. During a sit-down interview with Ellen DeGeneres last year, she opened up and said that “last year was very bizarre and we all go through really weird ups and downs.” She even talked about how she had a tattoo of her wedding date with Sweeting on her back, which she managed to cover up. But she noted she was in a better place, and seems nothing but overjoyed with Cook, proving that things have a way of working out.
As Cuoco admits, the horses may have something very big to do with it.
"I think the common denominator is the horses, it just works for us," fellow horse-lover Cuoco admitted to Entertainment Tonight. "We have this special bond so, yeah, the animals. He's so real. I've never met a kinder human being, he's gentle, and he's real. I'm completely in love with him. Nothing could be better."
So for Cuoco, aside from Cook being such a kindhearted gentleman, having that one big interest in common helped make him stand out from the rest.

According to the actress, Cook has also inspired her to be a bit more outdoorsy.
"Karl is a big adventure seeker and he encourages me to do things that are outside of my comfort zone, like mountain biking and dirt biking," she said, noting that she had the best time trying new activities.
Back in August, Cuoco talked to People and noted how the two often ride and travel together, which is a big component of their relationship. She also mentioned that she wouldn’t be scared to marry again in the future.
"I’m open to anything," Cuoco noted. "I don’t know what the path is going to take...but I’m very happy right now."
We have a feeling these two will continue making each other incredibly happy.
