Kaley Cuoco opened up about staying fit while still eating burgers and fries and we are inspired

We adore Kaley Cuoco on so many levels. Not only is she a super accomplished actress, she’s also a really down-to-earth role model.

So hearing Kaley Cuoco chat about how she stays fit with Women’s Health is making us want to hit the gym ASAP.

The actress admitted that she has to make an effort to stay in shape. Like the rest of us, she needs to do her part in keeping her body healthy.

She said,"Bottom line is, you know, I’m not 21 anymore. It used to be so easy, I didn’t have to do as much. Now, it’s part of my day—working out is part of my day, eating right is part of my day."

Though she works hard, she’s not unreasonable. Kaley added that she even planned on indulging in some delicious “cheat day” treats after the interview.

"Tonight I’ll be going to In-N-Out and doing one of their grilled cheeses, massive fries, and a shake," she said.

It’s awesome to hear how Kaley has such a great head on her shoulders. She can make us crack up both on screen ~and~ with her candid honestly IRL. She approaches exercise with the same happy balance she strives for in the rest of her life. If she doesn’t like it, she doesn’t do it.

"I realized I don’t like running…I refuse to do it. I like spinning, so I try to mix that in. When I found hot yoga, I fell in love with it and was like, this is my thing."

Based on her incredible results, we’d say this is a pretty great approach to fitness.

Hearing Kaley talk about finding an exercise that she enjoys and keeps her body in great shape (while allowing her to still indulge on occasion) is seriously encouraging for the rest of us.
