Justin Timberlake’s first new single for 2018 is here, and it does not disappoint

If you were worried that Justin Timberlake’s new song wouldn’t, once again, bring some form of sexy back, don’t fret. It does that, and then some, thanks to some futuristic robots in the single’s video doing some highly suggestive things. And it also features our forever crush busting out some pretty killer dance moves, because once a boy band dancer, always a boy band dancer. Justin Timberlake is back with a new single, “Filthy,” and it appears he’s better than ever.

The singer hasn’t released an album — let alone a single — in roughly five years. Sure, he recorded that one song for the Trolls movie, “Can’t Stop the Feeling,” but chances are you’re still desperately trying to get that out of your head. While that song was super catchy and family friendly, his latest single, “Filthy,” is quite the opposite. Did I mention the suggestive dancing robots on the stage for the music video?

Ahead of the release of JT’s *fourth* studio album (we are not counting ‘NSYNC CDs in this), he’s dropping three brand new songs and videos all to coincide with his upcoming, Man of the Woods. If that title makes you think that Timberlake is going to be outside, camping, fishing, and roasting marshmallows, think again. If “Filthy” is any indication, he’s going to be wearing sweaters, looking sleek as all hell, and commanding an army of robots.

The song itself is so, so easy on the ears. It sounds like a cut track from FutureSex/LoveSongs, but updated for 2018.

Hopefully you’re ready for a whole lot more JT. Man of the Woods drops on February 2nd, and a mere two days later, Timberlake’s going to take the stage for a little thing called the Super Bowl Halftime Show.
