Jude Law’s daughter is now a model (and she looks SO MUCH like her father)
Jude Law’s newest series, The Young Pope, came out this weekend on HBO (hi Jude, we love you even though you look super unrecognizable in this one), but he isn’t the only Law with reason to celebrate. Turns out, Jude Law’s gorgeous 16-year-old daughter Iris Law has now joined the mighty ranks of celebrity children — à la Lily-Rose Depp — by making a real splash in the modeling world for Burberry Beauty.
Iris has all the prowess of a model already — she’s striking, confident, and has a super classy brand behind her.
As an ambassador for the brand, Iris is seen showcasing a fierce lip color which is amazingly (and aptly) named Oxblood. The intense color is part of their brand new Liquid Lip Velvet Line — a collection of oh-so-de rigueur liquid mattes.
Now, lip color aside, we couldn’t help but notice one key detail about Iris: SHE LOOKS JUST LIKE HER FATHER.
While she seemed to explode onto the scene out of nowhere, this isn’t Iris’ first rodeo. She’d previously scored a spot in Miu Miu’s Spring/Summer 2017 lookbook, although the Burberry campaign is her first major go at modeling. She’s clearly already killing it. And Miu Miu was more colorful and playful, where Burberry’s shoot is pretty grown-up and paired down.
Aside from being super pretty, she also seems like a really lovely person. She told Vogue how excited she was to be chosen as the ambassador to the oh-so-British brand:
"I feel really honoured to have been chosen! I’ve been really excited for the campaign to come out – and maybe a bit nervous, too....Everyone has been really welcoming though and shooting the campaign was really fun.
It’s refreshing that, instead of exuding an icy exterior, she admits to feeling nervous, which is something we can all relate to. The only difference, though? Her godmother is fashion’s high queen, Kate Moss, who, she told Vogue, gave her a Burberry baby carrier (yes, you read that correctly) when she was but a wee babe.
Talk about full circle! Good luck, Iris — we’ll be watching for you!
