John Krasinski and Jimmy Kimmel just took their Christmas prank war to the next level

While to most of us Christmas is the season of giving and goodwill, others see it differently. It’s no surprise that for John Krasinski, who played Jim in The Office, this is the season of pranks. His character was known for his sneaky practical jokes when it came to fellow office-mate Dwight Schrute, but in real life, Jimmy Kimmel is his target. The two have had a back-and-forth of Christmas pranks every year, but this year was officially the most intense.

This time around, it was supposed to be Jimmy’s turn to prank the sitcom star, but John decided that the greatest prank of all would be to take that opportunity away from him. John pulled off not one, not two, but three Christmas-themed pranks that left Jimmy’s office covered in snow and decorations, making it a Christmas wonderland.

However, Jimmy wasn’t going down without a fight. He retaliated with a surprisingly thorough and hilarious prank, and then a messy surprise as the cherry on top.
