Jessica Simpson threw her son the most elaborate “Moana”-themed birthday party ever
When someone in the Johnson household has a party, they go all out. For example, to celebrate the fourth birthday of Ace, Jessica Simpson threw him a Moana party — and we’re kind of bummed we didn’t get invites.
While Ace’s birthday was officially on Friday, the party happened on Sunday. Moana, a popular Disney film that came out in theaters last year, is definitely a favorite amongst celebrity children. If the party sounds familiar, you might be remembering the theme from the birthday party that North West and Penelope Disick recently had.
Just like in the film, Ace was able to pal around with a rooster. And from the looks of it, Simpson hired on two actors to play the roles of Moana and Maui.
We can’t get enough of the fact that the Simpson family decided to dress up in floral prints. Knowing that Ace’s family all got involved in this small way makes the entire theme even better.
Simpson even hired some friends to help set up the party, including Los Angeles photographer Kristin Burns, who helped capture the event.
She also bought personalized goodies from My 1st Years — toy sacks with each child’s name on it — so that each one of Ace’s tiny guests felt special. According to E! News, the sacks cost $25.99 if you, yourself, want a cute way to carry your goodies.
Based on these fun photos, it’s pretty obvious that the Simpson/Johnson family knows how to party hard. We think it’s amazing that Jessica Simpson put so much time and effort into making sure Ace had a wonderful, memorable time ringing in the big 0-4!
