Here’s an early holiday present: We’ve got NEW “Jessica Jones” pictures
Ah, ’tis the season for gift giving, and we were just gifted the best thing straight from Hell’s Kitchen. There are brand new pictures of Jessica Jones filming the upcoming Marvel series, The Defenders, and honestly, no one needs to buy us anything else for the holiday season. This is it. This is all we need. Nothing more.
While we’ve still got to wait an undisclosed amount of time for Jessica Jones Season 2 (cries for literally, forever) Krysten Ritter is busy filming the upcoming Defenders series, which will see all of our Marvel heroes from New York City unite together. This group includes, but is not limited to: Jessica Jones herself, Daredevil, Luke Cage, The Punisher, (the upcoming) Iron Fist, along with our favs like Claire, Foggy, Trish, and Misty. It’s basically, probably, going to be the greatest Marvel series ever.
That is, after the stand-alone Jessica Jones.
Krysten was spotted filming on the streets of New York the other day, accompanied by the one and only Charlie Cox. In the Netflix world, these two haven’t crossed paths — YET. But it certainly looks like they’re going to when The Defenders picks up.
Sure, they’re laughing and joking around here, but you know in your heart that if Matt rubs Jessica just the wrong way, she will destroy him (and we are here for that).
We can only wonder what kind of trouble these two are causing (and/or what kind of trouble these two are trying to stop).
Whatever’s happening, we know Jessica can save the day because she is the kickass superhero lady the world needs right now. She’s the kickass superhero lady we deserve.
