Jessica Alba met the cop who has her face tattooed on his arm, and she was genuinely flattered
It’s not every day that you meet a total stranger who has your likeness permanently etched into their skin, but so goes the life of a celeb. Recently, 35-year-old actress and creator of The Honest Company Jessica Alba met a cop with her face tattooed on his arm, and later shared the image on Instagram. Now, we certainly wouldn’t count this guy’s ink as one of the worst tattoos of celebrity faces, but considering the fact that Alba actually regrets some of her tattoos, we were quite interested in seeing her reaction to this particular gesture.
"Definitely one of the more surreal moments of my life," Alba's caption reads. "This sweetie pie young officer drove by outside my friends house and stopped to tell me he had my face tattooed on his arm -of course I HAD to see it! So cool and such a trip.😝"
Phew! Looks like she was genuinely thrilled and flattered by the tattoo, but we could imagine this situation going the awkward route. Like, what are you supposed to say? “Um, thanks so much for loving my face enough to make it a permanent part of your body.”
Yikes, wrong answer. Thankfully Alba is a seasoned professional at these types of celebrity-fan interactions and took the entire situation in stride, adding an adorable mini-freakout for good measure. Please teach us your poised ways, Jessica.
Anyway, since we weren’t invited to Alba’s celebrity-filled pajama party, we can only guess that this tattooed fan was a hot topic of conversation.
