Jenny Slate looks hella chic covered in leaves and sequins
We are such huge fans of Jenny Slate and her effervescent quirkiness, particularly when said quirkiness plays a part in her smart films like Obvious Child. We also love how her sense of humor and personality extends to her one-of-a-kind, super unique sense of fashion.
So, while it was no surprise that Slate would rock a red carpet dress unlike any other, we’re still totally swooning over the forest-green, leafy sequined number that Slate rocked yesterday at a screening of her new film My Blind Brother (with Adam Scott and Nick Kroll) at The London Hotel in West Hollywood, California.
Here’s Slate rocking the unique look:
Jenny Slate? More like Jenny Slay-te.
The dress is a three-quarter sleeve, sequined number featuring gorgeous leaf designs. According to Slate’s stylist Ilaria Urbinati, the chic AF dress is Dolce & Gabbana. She allowed the one-of-a-kind dress to shine with a simple hairstyle and makeup along with classic strappy gold heels.
It’s a cool, fun dress, but it’s still obviously very fashionable. We ~adore~.
Slate is totally the type of actor to rock a unique look like this on the red carpet, but for anyone who wants to embrace their inner high-fashion forest nymph with a leafy and/or sequined piece, we’ve found a few comparable options.
