Jenna Dewan Tatum and Channing Tatum say a “Step Up” reunion is definitely in our future
Along with the fact that Step Up is just a great movie, it holds special significance because it’s where one of our favorite power couples — Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum — met. In an interview with E News, the couple hinted at an onstage reunion at Magic Mike Live in Las Vegas, so our dreams of a Step Up reunion might actually come true!
This show was conceived by Channing (who also served as a co-director), and according to the website it features “sexy and daring themed dance and strip routines punctuated by one of a kind acts from a wildly diverse cast of performers.” Yup, we would LOVE to see Channing and Jenna bust some moves together on that stage.
"We might work together in this show if I have my way one day," Jenna shared with E News. "There's a part in this show that I really want to do. Hopefully some day some audience will get a nice surprise."
Yes, hopefully! Because these two have so much chemistry.
If ever there was a doubt, Channing stepped in and crushed it.
"It's almost a probability," he said in the same interview. "It's not even a chance it [won't happen]. It's just about when I can actually get a chance to get in shape to do it."
