Jason Biggs and his wife just welcomed another son, and we can’t get over his name
He’s grown up a lot since his American Pie days. Jason Biggs welcomed a baby boy with his wife Jenny Mollen, and we couldn’t be happier for him. This is the second son for the couple, who have been happily married since 2008.
As with all babies, we were excited to hear about the name. And since Biggs and Mollen had the absolute best name for their first born, Sid, we were a bit more amped than usual. The pair did not disappoint.
Their new arrival is named Lazlo, and E! News reports that he’s 7 pounds, 1 ounce, and measures at 20 inches long.
The photos taken shortly after his arrival are just lovely. And as you can see, Mollen is glowing.
In this photo, which shows the proud parents looking a bit tired yet absolutely in love, Mollen admitted that the baby was first referred to as “Sid 2.” But we’ve got a feeling that little Lazlo is going to have quite a different personality, as kids do.
While the name seems familiar enough, Biggs and Mollen put an interesting spin on it. Traditionally, the name is spelled “Laszlo.” According to TheBump, the name means “glorious rule.” The site also believes that the name has slowly become more popular throughout the years, but is nowhere near the top 20 most popular baby names. So unique? Yes.
As far as Sid is concerned, we’re pretty sure he’s going to be the coolest big brother of all time.

If you’ve been missing Biggs recently, you’re not alone. After a noticeable hiatus, he made a very brief appearance in Orange Is The New Black this last season. But there’s another show he’s probably putting more energy into — My Partner Knows Best, which will also feature Mollen. Unlike his other projects, this will be a game show that is expected to be featured on Lifetime. If it gives us more tidbits on how Mollen and Biggs continue to be such a great couple after all these years, we’re in.
