OMG! Janet Jackson is pregnant with her first child (at 50!)

Goddess among us, Janet Jackson (Miss Jackson…if you’re nasty) is pregnant with her very first child, according to ET.

Now, the news that Jackson is planning to add another member to the Jackson family dynasty isn’t a massive shocker since she announced via Twitter on April 6, 2016 that her and her husband were “planning [our] family” and had to delay her Unbreakable World Tour.

“My husband and I are planning our family, so I’m going to have to delay the tour[…]I have to rest up, doctor’s orders.”

However, because Jackson turns 50 in a couple weeks, many outlets had previously speculated whether Jackson and her husband Wissam Al Mana would “build their family the old-fashioned way or through other means.” Although, let’s be honest, who cares how a woman gets pregnant, because its her choice.

As the youngest member of the Jackson family, Janet’s wee one will obviously have plenty of welcoming aunts, uncles, and cousins to sing them lullabies. And we can’t help but wonder if there could maybe be another Jackson 5 in store for the future…guess only time will tell.

Looks like this will be a very happy Mother’s Day for Janet. Dammit.
