Fans think that James Corden had a secret cameo in “Star Wars: The Last Jedi”

Unless you’re living under a rock, you know that Star Wars: The Last Jedi premiered on Friday, December 15th. A lot of stars appeared in the film, and eagle-eyed moviegoers think they may have spotted one more. There’s a chance that James Corden had a cameo in The Last Jedi too. Fans took to Twitter to speculate about the potential Corden sighting. And if you’ve seen The Last Jedi, you may have recognized Corden yourself. Before we dive to the speculation, let’s review some of the other cameos that ~definitely~ made the movie.

**SPOILER WARNING: If you haven’t seen The Last Jedi, look away now! Otherwise, keep reading.**

From Justin Theroux to Carrie Fisher’s adorable French Bulldog Gary, there are plenty of familiar faces in The Last Jedi. Of course, other Star Wars films featured cameos too. You probably remember Sofia Coppola as one of Padmé’s handmaidens in The Phantom Menace, as well as Daniel Craig as a Stormtrooper in The Force Awakens.

So if James Corden does make a cameo in The Last Jedi, what role does he allegedly play? During an opening intergalactic battle between the Resistance and First Order, an X-wing pilot who gets blown out of the sky looks an awful lot like Corden. Or at least, the Twitterverse thinks so. We really hope this is true.

Here’s what Twitter users had to say about James Corden’s alleged cameo.

They’d really like him to weigh in.
