The Instagram star and makeup pro just recently made it to the big leagues in his own series of Covergirl ads. James has been named the newest brand ambassador which rules for tons of reasons, one of which being that the teen admits to only experimenting with makeup on himself for about a year. Charles’ Instagram account, @jcharlesbeauty, has over 529k followers and is just oozing with radical looks from special-effects-type makeup to straight up #flawless everyday glam.
News broke when Katy Perry (can we have Katy as our bff, too, please?) posted this shot of herself with the 17-year-old YouTube star posing among some adorably costumed puppies.
