J.K. Rowling shared the smallest “Fantastic Beasts” preview, and fans totally freaked out
Any diehard fan will know that even the smallest teaser can send a fandom into a tizzy, so it’s no surprise that Harry Potter fans freaked out over J.K. Rowling‘s latest tweet.
Given that Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them picked up the first Oscar for the Potterverse on Sunday night (February 26th), it’s safe to say that fans are becoming even more rabid for any info regarding the four (!) sequels to last year’s fantasy extravaganza.
Meanwhile, Rowling has been spending her time expertly winning her Twitter feud with professional rent-a-mouth Piers Morgan, and teasing the upcoming TV adaptation of her Cormoran Strike strike crime novels, written under the pseudonym Robert Galbraith.
However, now J.K. Rowling has given the smallest teaser for the script for one of the upcoming Fantastic Beasts sequels, and fans are losing it.
On Twitter (her fave medium), Rowling shared the following, with the caption:
"Having a Beastly day..."

Now, J.K. Rowling can’t share any info about anything on Twitter without people getting pretty excited (us included, tbh), and it seems that her tweet started a torrent of questions and reactions from fans.

While little information is known about the upcoming Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them movies, it was teased last year by director David Yates that the next movie would take place in Europe, most notably Paris and the U.K.. Similarly, Rowling teased that we’d get to see more of the enigmatic Leta Lestrange in the sequel.
The next Fantastic Beasts movie doesn’t come out until 2018, and it can’t come soon enough!
