Item Of The Day: Voda Swim

Are you a member of the itty bitty titty committee? Or have “teensy breasts” as Jessa and Marnie call Hannah’s? Well, I do. It took me a while to get used to having small boobs. I was self-conscious about them and now, I’m cool with it. Work with what you got, right?

As a member of the “A” cup club, some outfits just don’t work. Example: shortaralls. They look cute and awesome on Victoria’s Secret models and anyone else with boobs. On me, they look like I’m going to the first day of kindergarten. Not cute. (Well, only in a little kid kind of way, which is weird.)

Bathing suits are another item of clothing that sometimes just doesn’t look right. Whether I’m at the beach or pool or just chilling in someone’s backyard, I want to look good and feel good. I was just on vacation and my grandma asked, “Where did you get these bathing suits?” (Her way of saying I look nice.) They’re made by a brand called Voda Swim.

Voda Swim was started by model Yulia Drummond. She was sick of padded bathing suits getting all crumply and ruined, so decided to create her own. On her website, she says, “I spend a lot of time at the beach, but I was always self-conscious about my swimsuit. Whenever I put on a bikini, it looked baggy and I looked shapeless. The bikini tops didn’t provide any lift or contouring, and made my breasts look non-existent.”

The bathing suits look awesome. It works with what you have and lifts the little guys up. I don’t usually buy pricey bathing suits, but they’re definitely worth the money.
