Item of the Day: Fruitwater
With the exception of the occasional late night nacho binge (calories don’t count after midnight, right?), I usually eat healthy. I eat plenty of veggies and drink lots of water but sometimes I just want some soda. Unfortunately, I tend to feel a little sick after I drink soda (not to mention the impending sugar crash), but there’s something about that sweet carbonated beverage that keeps me coming back. (Spoiler alert: it’s the sugar!)
Enter Fruitwater, my savior!
Fruitwater contains no juice and is basically sparkling water but with more flavor (obviously). It’s pretty much perfect for when you know you shouldn’t be drinking soda but plain water won’t satisfy your craving for something sweet and carbonated, Fruitwater has zero calories per bottle and five flavors to choose from. Strawberry Kiwi is my fave. Plus each bottle has 20% of the recommended daily value of vitamins B5 and B6, magnesium and zinc. Sounds good, huh?
