Item of the Day: Ouidad Superfruit Renewal Clarifying Cream Shampoo

I’ve been trying not to wash my hair so much recently, since apparently it’s not healthy for your scalp and encourages more oil production, so I’ve really settled down with that. However, when I do wash my hair (which is still several times per week, don’t worry), I want to use a GOOD shampoo that has quality ingredients but also smells really nice, too.

With that being said, I was THRILLED to get my hands on a bottle of Ouidad’s new Superfruit Renewal Clarifying Cream Shampoo (say that five times fast!), which is sulfate-free and non-drying. It also has loads of antioxidant-rich fruits like açai, blueberry, cranberry, papaya and pomegranate AND works on color-treated hair, which is great because I will never give up my box of black hair dye (I can’t help it!).

This stuff left my hair feeling SO soft, and considering I have one of those awkward hair textures (wavy-ish curls that get SUPER frizzy really easily with tons of flyaways), I was amazed at how good this left my hair looking when I let it air dry naturally. I’ll be buying this stuff for as long as Ouidad makes it, that’s for sure.
