The internet can’t seem to get enough of the outfit Lady Gaga wore on a hike
At this point in history, Lady Gaga’s wardrobe choices shouldn’t shock us. She wore a dress made out of meat in 2010, so in theory, she couldn’t wear anything post-2010 that would spike to meat dress levels of “What the what?” But while it’s not at meat dress levels, Gaga’s recent hiking outfit is certainly on the questionable spectrum.
This week, Gaga was spotted accompanying boyfriend Christian Carino on a hike in Montauk, New York. Carino wore the usual hiking attire — t-shirt, shorts, and a pair of sensible sneakers. Gaga, on the other hand, chose to go the full glam route, sporting a two-piece ballgown and Louboutin stilettos.

There’s absolutely no question that Gaga looks fierce AF. That wrap crop-top and body-con skirt is a great look. We’re just trying to wrap our heads around the fact that she wore this look while hiking a dirt path.
But perhaps the question isn’t, “Why did she?” Perhaps the question is, “Why wouldn’t she?” She’s Lady Gaga! She can and will do as she pleases.

Honestly, we should all take a page out of Gaga’s book. She clearly just felt like looking her best and wasn’t going to let a little ol’ hike stop her. She’s epitomizing the idea of dressing for yourself and not for anyone else, and we can give her nothing but love for that.
