The internet has feelings about the new live-action “Mulan” not being a musical
Let’s get down to business…and discuss people’s reaction to the new live-action Mulan not being a musical. Oh, and the fact that Disney is apparently ditching one major character: the animated classic’s heartthrob, Li Shang.
Say it ain’t so!
The film’s director, Niki Caro, confirmed to Moviefone that as of this moment, there will be no “I’ll Make a Man Out of You,” no “Reflection,” no “Honor to Us All,” nada!
Apparently, we’re not the only ones distraught over the news that the live-action remake of one of our favorite Disney tales has taken a turn for the music-less (and Li-less). The internet is pretty upset as well, and Twitter users are not afraid to make their feelings known.
Those feelings are these: false false

Suffice it to say, Mulan fans are ~not~ happy. We, however, are willing to at least give this a shot. We might be skeptical, but in Disney we trust!
