Sound the alarms, because heartthrob Liam Hemsworth has finally caught up with modern technology in the exact way we’ve all been hoping he would. The Hunger Games star posted his first ever Instagram, currently sitting at 21.5k likes and gaining him more than 32,000 followers in under six hours. It’s easy to see why, because it’s a pretty awesome picture.

The 25-year-old Hemsworth brother stares into the eyes of an adoring Miss Piggy, star of the upcoming The Muppets show. Oh, and she just so happens to be recently-single, since she broke things off with long-time partner Kermit the Frog last month.

Hemsworth calls out their split directly, telling Kermit sorry, but he’s not sorry for snagging such a babe.

Kermit and Miss Piggy spoke about the nature of their relationship while on tour promoting the show:

No official word yet on this newest celebrity couple, but if one thing’s for certain, Miss Piggy definitely isn’t ready to settle down — even for a Hemsworth. If Liam thinks this kind of PDA makes them a couple, he’s in a for a wild ride. If things don’t work out, I hope he knows we have many shoulders to cry on!

Even if things don’t work out between Liam and Miss Piggy, though, this, um, relationship still brought us the glory of an official Liam Hemsworth Instagram account, and that’s something.
