This fitness blogger just posted a side-by-side Instagram that totally nails our bloating struggle

There are hundreds of fitness bloggers on Instagram to be wildly inspired by. Kelsey Wells, a fitness Insta star, has given us many reasons to be motivated by her journey to holistic health and happiness. You may remember that one time she shattered everyone’s expectations about how the weight that appears on your scale relates to your size.

Kelsey’s latest post is a great reminder that all those little things we worry about really don’t matter much at all. She writes about bloating, getting zits, and dealing with stretch marks, insisting that there is so much more to you and your beauty than these “totally normal” things.

"I could give you tips and tricks on how to fight bloating and zits and stretch marks, but I think it's more important for everyone to realize that these things are totally normal! And nothing to be ashamed of or embarrassed about. Instagram is often a highlight reel of sorts, and there is nothing wrong with focusing on the positive!"

When we scroll through Instagram and Facebook, we get so caught up in how beautiful the fitness stars and celebrities look that we forget what true beauty is. Kelsey wants you to remember that all those lovely pictures you see are a product of people posting the best (and probably non-bloated) version of themselves.

"...most the images you see while scrolling (including mine) are people's "best foot forward". Of course I want to take photos in good lighting and show my best angles, but I never want that to be misconstrued as saying I don't have bad ones or never look bloated. EVERYONE is human. Everyone is beautiful."

We couldn’t agree more, Kelsey.

Bloated or not, she looks amazing. Kelsey just hopes you can think the same way of yourself.
