We are impressed by Nicole Scherzinger’s celebrity impressions

Nicole Scherzinger is not only an amazing singer, she’s quite the celebrity impressionist!

Her Britney Spears, Shakira, and Rihanna impressions are spot on. It’s downright eerie! Who knew that such a talented singer and delightful judge would *also* be a pretty killer impressionist? Her impressions are so good, she even makes notorious curmudgeon Simon Cowell smile (especially when she starts doing Kermit the Frog singing Adele… just perfection).

We’re thrilled that Nicole (former Pussycat Dolls singer and X-Factor judge) is returning to work as a judge on The X-Factor along with presenter Dermot O’Leary and the original three judges—Sharon Osbourne, Louis Walsh, and, of course, Simon Cowell. We’ve missed her face!

And it seems so did Louis Walsh.

 “I’m actually here because of Louis, he’s the one who wanted me back,” Nicole said.

It seems Louis respected Nicole’s work ethic. As she explained:

“I’m very competitive, very picky, I really care. Otherwise, if you don’t put everything into it and everything isn’t as great as it can be, why do it?”

While there are rumors that Nicole is only returning to The X-Factor in attempts to reclaim falling ratings, we bet Simon Cowell can’t help but be intrigued by her amazing impressions (and stellar work ethic). If he’s really worried about ratings, maybe he should give her celebrity impressions a section on the show! We’d sure watch that!
