Margot Robbie is racy, raunchy, and a perfect 10 in the trailer for “I, Tonya”

On the heels of the I, Tonya teaser that was released a couple weeks back, the first full-length trailer for the film has arrived — and Margot Robbie continues to prove that she is disgraced figure skater Tonya Harding, and that this is the perfect role for her.
Like, can we give this girl the gold for her acting already? Because, she’s *sticking* that landing.
The *red band* trailer offers a look into Tonya’s difficult childhood, in which her mother LaVona Golden (Allison Janney) pushed her to her limits, and often went too far — she is cruelly critical and, as a knife-throwing scene in the trailer shows, physically abusive. Not to mention, we get a look into Tonya’s torrid romance with ex-husband Jeff Gillooly (Sebastian Stan).
But these obstacles weren’t going to get in her way.
No, no, no, no, no. Far from it….
"My entire life, I've been told I wouldn't amount to anything," Tonya says about 50 seconds in. "You know what? Maybe I would."

Tonya’s ambition is CLEAR. AS. DAY.
And soon, we see how she might’ve gone too far: the trailer shows Jeff and his friend/Tonya’s bodyguard Shawn Eckhardt (Paul Walter Hauser) planning the infamous 1994 attack on Tonya’s skating Rival Nancy Kerrigan (Caitlin Carver). IRL, Tonya only pleaded guilty to conspiring to hinder the prosecution in the attack, but she has remained guilty in the eyes of many.
"America, they want someone to love, but they want someone to hate," Tonya says at the end of the trailer. "I mean, come on! What kind of freaking person bashes in their friend's knee? Who would do that...to a friend?"
Then, she takes a puff of her cigarette, and stares right into the camera, and you have no idea what to think of her. Innocent? Guilty? Both? Like, we know what she plead guilty to, but who is this woman, really? We are so, so intrigued, and can’t wait to see I, Tonya when it triple axels into theaters on December 8th.
