Huh? Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are now selling olive oil
Their breakup might have rocked the world, but it seems that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt will still do business together. As People reported, Pitt and Jolie are selling olive oil from their French estate, Chateau Miraval. So although Pitt and Jolie are getting divorced, these Hollywood A-listers are entering the extra virgin olive oil market together. Welp, that’s certainly one way to keep things amicable.
The former power couple have already sold wines from their vineyard on the French estate they got married on in 2014. But they’ve now expanded their product line with olive oils, created in partnership with the Perrin Family.
You can only order Pitt and Jolie’s olive oil in Europe right now, but it should be available in the United States in a few weeks.
Even with the U.S. release, this olive oil will be pretty exclusive since there are only 10,000 bottles in the first release.
Still, it might be worth scouting out if you ever wanted to dine like the former Jolie-Pitts.
And it doesn’t seem the olive oils will be going anywhere since People reported that Charles Perrin — of the Perrin Family — said the chateau is…
"an investment for their family and their children. We have long-term projects and have just released the latest vintage of rosé with our names: 'bottled by Pitt, Jolie and Perrin' on it."
Not that Jolie and Pitt need to worry about finances, but it’s good to know that they are still keeping their investments intact despite their divorce and ensuring a stable future for their family. Who knew that extra virgin olive oil had so much power?
Oh, duh. Rachael Ray did. ?
