Huda Beauty is coming out with a new eyeshadow palette, and the evidence was always there
With so many beauty brands sharing sneak peeks of upcoming products, it’s easy to get your Nancy Drew on. And that’s exactly what we did when we saw an interesting and very new eyeshadow palette from Huda Beauty. Even though the first teaser image was pixelated and the product was far away from the camera, you bet your bottom dollar we used Instagram’s zoom feature to get a good look at the new palette.
In this case, we have put our detective skills to good use (we haven’t watched all 12 seasons of Criminal Minds for nothing) because we figured out that Huda Beauty was launching a new eye product before she announced her Desert Dusk Eyeshadow Palette. While we had a gut feeling she was dropping a new palette, we would never have guessed the mesmerizing magenta packaging.

The sneak peek that made us pull out our magnifying glass.
While this image was pixelated, since it was a screenshot of Huda’s Insta Story, we noticed the similar design to the beauty guru’s fan-favorite Rose Gold eyeshadow palette. It made us believe Huda was coming out with a sister palette.
Earlier this year, Huda’s husband learned the art of makeup teases and posted a picture of him and the beauty guru in the lab cooking up something special. Harmless right? Well, if you look closely at the Instagram caption, you’ll notice that the hashtag #hudabeautypalette is front and center.
Here was the first “teaser” of the new palette.
Before sharing the news about the Desert Dusk palette, Huda herself shared an Instagram post teasing the upcoming product. And guess what — she shared the same exact photo that her husband posted months ago. Coincidence? We think not!

We’re just glad the cat is out of the bag.
The hot new product is launching on September 18th, so not too much longer before we can get our claws on it. And we all know that anything the beauty guru creates is made with high-quality — her products reach cult status for a reason.
