How to Wear Red Lipstick Like A Boss!

I promised that I’d get over my dog-darned phobia of being ridiculously camera shy, so to kick off this red-lipstick filled post, here’s me doing my best Gwen Stefani impression and working red lips like it’s 1995 again.

Now m’dears, red lips can say A LOT of things. “I love you.” “I’m totally fine without you.” And let’s not forget; “I’m a total boss, biatches.” To get your baddest lips on, trust these six red lipsticks to deliver high-def color and whole lot of attitude.

I MISS my finger painting kindergarten days, so when I’m feeling a bit artsy, this 100 percent vegan lip tar has been my go-to choice for a deep brick red color. Be wary that a little goes a long way. Upon first use, a whole glob of it got on my teeth, (yikes!) so it’s best to use a makeup brush upon application. Otherwise, say hello to a deep, Marilyn Monroe red!

Now liquid anything usually irks me a little, (took me five years to master liquid eyeliner) so when I first got a glance of this bottle of liquid lipstick, I’ll admit that I was beyond scared. A foolproof applicator is attached to lid which is super handy so you really can’t mess up. Don’t worry, I wasn’t going to leave you without a budget find you’ll go totally psycho over. The adorable Drew Barrymore has created the FLOWER line full of inexpensive yet, fantastic working products I simply become a rabid dog over. Yes, the FLOWER BB Cream is taking me places but the Kiss Stick is off the hook!
