Following Kim Kardashian’s horrifying robbery, democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton spoke out in support of Kim K, Us Weekly says. What happened to Kim K was truly *so* scary, and the aftermath has been so messy and stressful, with her entire family changing how they live their lives and Kardashian reconsidering how she lives her life in the spotlight.
On what happened to Kardashian, Clinton said,
"I felt really bad for her.
She continued, discussing Kanye’s reaction to what happened to his wife.
"He was in the middle of the concert and he ran offstage, bless his heart. I’m just glad nobody was hurt.
Which, TBH, shouldn’t be shocking, because nothing is okay about thinking it’s funny or cool that someone was held at gunpoint and robbed and is probably traumatized. Clinton’s remarks remind us that what we should be feeling is gratitude: that it wasn’t us, and that Kim K is OK. She’s a celebrity, but she’s also a person. Our hearts go out to her.
