Hillary Clinton zings Donald Trump on ‘The Tonight Show’
On Wednesday night’s Tonight Show, Hillary Clinton was interviewed by a tanned, golden-haired Donald Trump who looked suspiciously like Jimmy Fallon.
Nailing Trump’s accent and general arrogance, Fallon grilled her on campaign issues like immigration (“Wall, or giant wall?”), and Clinton had some questions of her own about Trump’s stance on women’s issues. Trump replied, “I know a lot of women, and they all have issues.”
She also took the opportunity to diss Trump’s hair, an easy target but funny nonetheless: “Well, at least he doesn’t have just one strand that he twirls over his head like a soft serve at Dairy Queen.”
But easily the best part of the skit is when Trump offers her advice and asks her if she’s writing this down. “Hold on, let me grab my pen,” she says as she instead grabs a glass of wine.
Funnily, that’s pretty much what we wanted to do during last night’s GOP debate on CNN. Carry on, Hil.
