So of course she did not disappoint when she made a press stop at SiriusXM Studios in New York this week. Decked out in the cutest French-woman-chic outfit, she showed us exactly how to pair a cozy turtleneck with a mini-skirt — the perfect outfit for the changing seasons.
With her lovely blonde ombre locks on full display, Duff paired a burgundy leather skirt by Michelle Mason with a Rebecca Minkoff striped turtleneck — with thumb holes!
