If there’s one fabric that makes us feel like royalty, it’s velvet. In fact, we would wear velvet exclusively if we could. Velvet leggings, velvet bras, velvet trench coats…autumn is simply better in velvet. And while some of us can’t deck out in velvet because of the weather, we can still incorporate it into our outfits through our accessories. Hilary Duff’s green velvet heels, for instance, are inspiring us to grab a pair of our own as we finally make our way into fall.

There’s an infinite number of ways to rock these shoes. Wear them with more velvet for some extra regal vibes, or pair them with high-waisted jeans and a matching bodysuit. You could even wear them with a leather skirt and band tee, or with a little black dress to let your shoes do the talking.
