Tom Hiddleston has spoken: He and Taylor Swift are “together”

For the last three weeks, we’ve been riding the emotional wave of what we like to call “Hiddleswift.” It started on a Wednesday. One second, everything was fine and dandy, and then the next second Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston were spotted canoodling on the beach and literally everyone collectively lost their minds.

Since then, the world has been watching these two very closely. Between their dinner dates, and jet-setting around the world, all signs point to them being together, and in a true relationship, and totally in luv…but are they really? Because yeah, there are Hiddleswift conspiracy theories out there. However, we’re going to save those stories for another day. Those conspiracy theories don’t matter right now, because Hiddleston, on the record, has stated that he and Swift are TOGETHER.

TOGETHER.

Talking to The Hollywood Reporter about his newly earned Emmy nomination for The Night Manager (congrats, Tom!), Hiddleston cut right to the chase:

“The truth is that Taylor Swift and I are together and we’re very happy,” he explained. “That’s the truth. It’s not a publicity stunt.”

So there you have it, World. Tom Hiddleston and Taylor Swift are together, and they’re very happy — and we’re so happy for them. Long may Hiddleswift reign.
