Hershey’s has a new Kiss! We repeat, Hershey’s has a new Kiss!

Big news for chocolate lovers: not only is there a new Hershey’s Kiss coming but it is twice as big as the original! We are so excited about this that we’re ready to line up for them immediately.

The company announced Hershey’s Kisses Deluxe are coming on November 5th, reports USA Today. The ooey gooey details are that the Deluxe will include a hazelnut center flecked with rice crisps (to keep it gluten free). Mmmm chocolatey and crunchy — that’s our kind of deluxe! They are already calling it the “biggest innovation” of the Kisses brand since the introduction of Hershey’s Kisses with almonds. The company didn’t take this massive change lightly over Hershey.

“It took 55 years just to change the color of the foil,” Adam Borden, senior associate manager for Hershey’s Kissess said to USA Today. “Then it took another 38 years to put something inside the milk chocolate. We’re getting better, but it does take us a little while to tinker with something that is iconic as a brand Milton Hershey founded himself.”

They’ll hit the market this November but you will only be able to get them through Valentine’s Day. Scarcity makes the heart grow fonder, as we all know. If you’re really, really into the Hershey’s Kisses Deluxe, you can buy a 75-piece package, available online only, to get you through the summer and fall.
