Here’s what the “Blue Crush” cast is up to now

Looking back, Blue Crush is one of those perfectly #GirlPower films that slipped just under the radar to bring us sneaky feminism in the *best* way. With a cast that moved on to do majorly BIG things, the surfer girl film is just so rad, and it’s so incredible to see where the cast got its start.

Kate Bosworth — Anne Marie Chadwick

Following her role in Blue Crush, Kate Bosworth was in Beyond the Sea, leading to larger roles like Lois Lane in Superman Returns, and roles in Straw Dogs and Still Alice. Fun fact? Her eyes are different colors! One is brown, and one is blue, and it’s so, so cool.

Matthew Davis — Matt Tollman

Um, Alaric, is that you? Matthew, or Matt, Davis has had QUITE a career post-Blue Crush. He had a major role in Legally Blonde, and a regular role on The Vampire Diaries. Plus, he’s turned into a majorly rugged hottie. We dig it.

Michelle Rodriguez — Eden

Speaking of hotties, since Blue Crush, Michelle Rodriguez has become an outspoken bi badass known for playing in intense roles like Avatar and the Fast & Furious series. She’s won the Deauville Festival of American Cinema award for Best Actress and the Las Vegas Film Critics Society for Female Breakthrough Performance, which is rad AF.

Sanoe Lake — Lena
