Hello Kitty’s latest fashion collab was inspired by edgy Japanese streetwear

Currently, we are here to announce the new Pinko x Hello Kitty clothing collaboration, which is a gorgeous and stylish ode to Japanese streetwear.
The collection aims to channel Hello Kitty’s illustrious oeuvre through the medium of streetwear, and in that it certainly succeeds. The Spring/Summer 2018 collection includes everything from lacy T-shirts and tracksuits to bomber jackets and sporty hoodies — and, of course, images of Hello Kitty.
In a press statement shared with HelloGiggles, PINKO president Pietro Negra said:
"Hello Kitty is a character that has made several generations fall in love. We wanted to express her glam side, which is the link to our own DNA."
The full collection is currently available for purchase on the PINKO website as well as PINKO stores IRL, and a handful of multi-brand stores across the globe.
While prices err on the more expensive side (compared to other Hello Kitty-themed collections), the trendy pieces in this collaboration provide a great treat for any Sanrio enthusiasts looking to spoil themselves this holiday season.
