Our hearts cannot handle the cuteness that is Nick Carter and his baby boy at the recording studio
In case you missed it, Nick Carter has one of the most adorable brand-new babies around. Baby Odin Reign Carter was born to the singer and his wife, Lauren Kitt Carter, back in April. Since practically the moment baby Odin was born the Carters have clearly been quite in love with their little boy, celebrating his life by posting *tons* of photos of lil’ Odin to each of their Instagram accounts.
As new parents, their outpouring of love totally makes sense, but it’s extra poignant knowing that their new son is a rainbow baby – born to the couple following their tragic miscarriage earlier in 2015, which Nick revealed while competing on Dancing With The Stars last season.
Baby Odin is a total cutie and the star of Nick Carter’s social media, obvi.
Now, Carter is showing off Odin in a brand new setting – the recording studio!
In an Instagram post shared this weekend, Carter sits with his baby son in his lap, in front of studio equipment. The caption explains that Odin is “[h]anging with daddy for the first time at the studio while we record a song for the new @backstreetboys album.” The pop star is smiling big while cradling his boy while Odin, for his part, seems to be totally distracted by something cool happening off in the distance. It looks like he really loves being in the studio with Dad!
As if we weren’t already amped enough for the new Backstreet Boys album that the band low key announced via Instagram back in June. Clearly, the group is making great progress, since Carter shared another photo last week showing the group at Big Loud Records in Nashville as they listened to the new songs for their album.
